In addition to my writing as a Helpster author, I work as a freelance yoga teacher. The combination of writing and yoga creates the ideal balance for me and gives me the opportunity to continue my education on an independent basis. I live in Freiburg with my wife and little daughter.

Reason for my choice of topic

As a yoga teacher, I am naturally interested in topics related to health, sport and wellness. In my four-year training, in addition to pure practical knowledge, I was able to acquire a great deal of knowledge about the human anatomy, which I am constantly trying to deepen. In addition, I have successfully completed a cultural studies degree in the areas of ethnology, religious studies and Indology, which gives me competent access to a number of topics in the field of further education and culture enables.
