• Order a faster Internet connection, making sure that the bandwidth is sufficient for fast uploading. With some providers, you can also add a faster upload speed to your existing contract.
• Just visit Facebook again at a later time when not as many users are online, e.g. B. not necessarily at the beginning of the evening.
• End or stop other uploads that are limiting your bandwidth. make sure that only you have access to the DSL connection when uploading. If necessary, switch the WLAN and try it over the wired network.
• Reduce the resolution of the image you want to upload in an image editing program. Facebook would do the pictures scale down to a smaller format anyway. Profile pictures z. B. have a maximum width of 200 pixels and a maximum height of 600 pixels. You should also save the image in compressed JPEG format to further reduce the file size.
