Make Google your homepage on Firefox

Around Google as the start page in your Firefox browser, you only have to make a few settings. Then you can always access the Google search function when starting Firefox without having to call it up again sequentially.

Here's how to set up Google as your Firefox homepage

1. Start your Firefox browser. In the upper browser menu bar click on the entry "Extras", then go to the entry "Settings" from the submenu and open it.
2. A window opens which, by default, shows the "General" tab. In the Startup section of this window, select the option to display a start page when Firefox starts. Select the entry "Show start page" from the selection list.
3. Below this setting is a field in which you can define the start page. In this case, Google. To do this, enter the Internet address of Google in the input field behind "Home": " http://www.google.de/".
