  • 4 cl golden rum
  • 2 tbsp banana syrup
  • 2 tbsp pineapple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut syrup
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 6 cl white rum
  • Pineapple juice to fill up

You have to show a little skill and let the juice slide very slowly into the glass. Take your time, shake a little longer. This way the ingredients can all mix well. The ice ensures that the mixture foams, the contents of the shaker become looser and lighter.
  2. Then pour the mixture into a tall cocktail glass.
  3. In the next step, add the batida de coco. Take your time here too, so that the Batida can slowly slide into the mixture.
  4. Fill the rest of the glass with pineapple juice.
  5. Decorate this delicious cocktail with half a pineapple ring and add two thick, colorful straws. Due to the creamy consistency of the cocktail, these have to be a little thicker to allow drinking from the straws at all.
