This way you can eat well even without sugar

How do you succeed in eating without sugar? Basically, you can simply swap out some or all of the sugar for the alternatives mentioned above. Here are some suggestions:

  • Pudding works wonderfully without any sugar. Stir the custard powder with a few tablespoons as usual milk or soy milk and then add some agave syrup. Then stir the whole thing into the boiled milk and taste by adding a little agave syrup if necessary, until the pudding is sweet enough.
  • If you would like to drink green smoothies, but if they are not sweet enough despite the banana, you can add a date or two to the blender. Dates can also be cut into small pieces rice pudding, muesli and sweet boiled cereal porridge.
  • Beverages can be sweetened with stevia. If you lemonade or make cocktails, add a little stevia instead of sugar.
  • pancakes should be cute? You can do this even without sugar. Mix the pancake batter without sugar (if you don't already do that) and instead of sugar and cinnamon only add cinnamon and self-made sugar-free applesauce on it.
  • And how does it look cake the end? You can create a sweet base with dates and raisins. Fresh tastes on it fruit or a cream sweetened with agave syrup. Raw food cookbooks or baking books are helpful for cakes.
