1st recipe

2nd recipe
- Put the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and margarine in a bowl and stir the ingredients with the mixer until frothy.
- Then add flour, baking powder, milk and possibly a little lemon juice and stir everything until it is free of lumps.
- Now put this mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake it at about 180 degrees until it is golden brown.
- If you want the dough brown on both sides, take the tray out, cut the dough into pieces, turn them over and put the tray back in the oven for a few minutes.
- When this side is nicely baked too, take out the waffle pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
You will see that waffles made without a waffle iron taste very tasty.
