Being unhappy in love means loving someone who doesn't feel the same way. You feel rejected, although the other cannot help it - after all, you don't choose your feelings. But how do you cope with your own unrequited feelings?
I'm miserably in love - what now?
- Recall the following sentence from the paragraph above: The other cannot help yours love not replied. That in turn means that he doesn't mean it badly. He has nothing against you, maybe he even likes you - he just doesn't love you. This realization makes it a little easier for you, because it reduces the feeling of being rejected.

- Be a believer in fate: at some point fate always brings together the two people who belong together, doesn't it? So often one hears of lovers who believe that they have found a soul mate in their partner. And these people were also unhappily in love before.
- Last but not least, do not flee into daydreams! It may seem simple and beautiful to you what could be between you and the person you love, but it won't get you anywhere. Forbid such thoughts. If you are on a diet, it doesn't help thinking about chocolate, does it? Instead, find a distraction, preferably something that will increase your self-esteem after the rejection. Make yourself beautiful, go shopping, get down on your knees in your work and you will soon see that everything is only half as bad to you.
