  1. Cook the tortellini according to the recipe or package instructions.
  2. Put a tablespoon of butter in a large pan and heat it up. In the meantime, cut the cooked ham into small cubes and then put the ham in the hot butter.

  4. After searing the ham cubes briefly, pour 300 milliliters of cream into the pan and simmer on low.
  5. Mix 100 milliliters of cream, two egg yolks, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if possible, a little fresh grated nutmeg and a clove of garlic that has previously been crushed with a garlic press. Alternatively, nutmeg and garlic powder can also be used.
  6. Once the tortellini are done cooking, add them to the pan. Then add the cream, parmesan and egg mixture to the remaining ingredients and let everything simmer on a low level until the sauce has the desired consistency.
  7. Season the sauce with a little salt and serve the meal with a little chopped parsley. Fresh or frozen parsley is best.
