Print a Hermes parcel label
Hermes-Versand sends your parcels from very small to very large. You can print and stick a parcel label yourself.
With Hermes, you can currently send normal parcels and packages to over 20 European countries. Maxi letters or bulky goods within certain limits are not a problem either.
This is how Hermes works
- There are over 14,000 Hermes ParcelShops in Germany to which you can bring your parcel or you can use the pick-up service.
- The shipping costs are independent of the weight and are based on the total length of the shortest and longest side of the box. No matter from 2 or 25 kg, the price is the same. Special fees apply for bulky goods, bicycles, etc. at.
- The prices are all with VAT. All shipments are also insured, parcels up to € 50 and parcels up to € 500
- Parcels can be sent directly to a ParcelShop and picked up there by the recipient, or they can be delivered to the front door.
- Parcel labels are filled out by hand in the shop and stuck on. You can also fill this out, print and stick it comfortably on your PC at home. You also benefit from lower prices.

How to print a parcel label
In your ParcelShop you can get special parcel labels for printing at home. You also need Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC.
- On this website you can create your online Hermes parcel label. First indicate which package class you want to send and whether you hand it in at the shop or whether it should be picked up from you, or whether it should be a shop2shop shipment.
- Enter the recipient's details and your sender details. Confirm the insurance and the terms and conditions and print out your parcel label on the Hermes paper.
- Stick it on the parcel and bring it to the Hermes ParcelShop. There you will also receive a receipt, which you can refer to on the 2nd Stick on half of the parcel label for safekeeping.
You can also register as a user on the Hermes website. You do not need to enter all the data for every parcel and you also have a complete overview of all shipping processes.
